You answer the Process & Applications MAKE professionally and disciplinaryly and are the key player for an 8-person expert team consisting of Global Process IT experts and Global Key users. You will develop your central impact on your additional role as IT product vendor “MAKE” with the responsibility for the strategic definition, the global roadmap and the further development of the product and its functions as well as components to optimally support our business. With your team, you control the processal introduction, design and continuous development of the cross- division production & value creation processes – focusing on the IT systems (e.g. SAP-S4) of the MAKE process area in the currently planned set-up (2nd and 3rd level support for the IT systems used in the global supply chain management) You coordinate international rollouts and ensure smooth cooperation between IT, departments and global production sites. You'll be practising an open, modern leadership culture, developing your team and supporting independent collegial work. You have fun in shaping change processes and actively contribute to the standardization and digitization of processes and systems as well as further development of structures and processes.
Knowledge in SAP, ideally in the End-2-End Value Chain / Production and MAKE environment as well as experience in handling international (ERP) interfaces. Experience in (agile) leadership or control of teams is desirable. In complex decision-making processes, you also experience strong communication and convincing and never lose sight of overarching goals. Very good German and English skills (min. C1) complete your profile. Complete study in the field of SCM, production, IT, economics or a comparable qualification.
