Leading and conveying: You develop your team in the billing service, strengthen individual potentials and promote cooperation. Feedback and development talks: Whether assessments, feedback or target agreement talks – you actively support your team members in their personal and professional development. Recruiting and Onboarding: Together with our talent Acquisition Team, you will conduct interviews and talks for a structured, motivating introduction of new team members. Planning and organisation: from process and personnel deployment planning to holiday planning – you keep an overview and are the central contact person for your team. Interface and Exchange: You work closely with the department management and are an important link between team and leadership level. Design and optimisation: You bring your own ideas, question existing processes and drive improvements actively.

Complete training in healthcare or commercial training, ideally related to health – first leadership experience or motivation to take responsibility for a team are beneficial Experience in the field of domestic care as well as knowledge in health billing are a plus Structured, independent working with a good view for priorities and safe handling of Microsoft 365 (e.g. Outlook, Teams, Excel) Solution-oriented thinking, initiative and joy in actively promoting themes Clear, appreciative communication, a sovereign appearance and pronounced service orientation
