Your challenge

• Self-employed and responsible implementation of work and tasks in the field of mastery services
• Monitor the order and the perfect overall condition of the supervised properties and control of buildings and technical installations
• Implementation of small repairs and support service technicians in maintenance and repair work
• Reporting of identified deficiencies and special events
• Standby and emergency services

You'll convince

• You have a completed vocational training in a technical profession, such as e.g. as an electrical installer (m/w/d), electrician (m/w/d), electronic engineer (m/w/d), gas and water installer (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d), plumber (m/w/d), locker (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/d)
• You have a class B licence
• You are an electrically instructed person (of advantage but not necessarily required)
