The profile brings you user support (m/w/d):

• Completed specialist training for system integration
• Multiannual professional experience in IT
• Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems within the network environments and in the MS Office products
• Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Performance and service readiness
• Structured operation and flexibility

Your tasks as a user support (m/w/d):

• Helpdesk Troubleshooting by phone, remote and suburban support
• Creation, assignment and coordination of tasks in the ticket system
• Administration of client management
• Implementation of user training
• Monitoring, development and documentation of IT facilities
• Administration of VMware/ Omnissa Horizon View Applications
• System and application virtualization
• Mobile Device Management
