Head of Design (m/f/d)

Your tasks – interdisciplinary control, create structures, coordinate teams In your function, you assume the technical and organizational overall responsibility for the building with about 100 employees. Together with the team leaders of the individual departments, you will ensure efficient, high-quality and timely development and planning of all construction projects. In particular, your focus is on the management and further development of the department, the optimization of processes and ensuring smooth cooperation of all the disciplines involved. Your focus: Leadership, development and promotion of employees and continuous development of organisational and cooperation structures Ensuring efficient, quality and timely planning and processing of all construction projects as well as optimal resource and capacity control Control and coordination of the interfaces between the specialist departments in the construction department as well as with sales, development and production Development of construction methods, technical standards and digital planning processes for further development of house and cellar construction Continuous reporting to the Managing Director

Your profile – strong leadership, technically versed, organizationally strong Dipl. -Construction engineer or a comparable qualification (ideal: Focus on static/subject planning) Multiannual leadership and management experience in the design, planning and/or project execution of a construction company (construction, construction of finished parts, timber construction, concrete construction or SF construction) Experience in managing complex technical organisations and interdisciplinary planning and development processes Entrepreneurial thinking and high-release management with high communication and organisational competence Hands-on mentality
