Administration and optimization of the global M365 environment (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Purview) as well as focus on business requirements Automation of Recurring Tasks Using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API Implementation and Monitoring of Email Security Strategies (Defender for Office 365, Anti-Phishing, DKIM, DMARC, SPF) Improving communication security and compliance by Purview Optimization of SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Document and File Release Systems Migration of classic file server structures into the cloud by ensuring data access, data protection and compliance Administration and maintenance of Windows Server environments (2012/2019/2022/2025) and infrastructure monitoring by monitoring and alerting Global 2nd and 3rd level support for M365 as well as sustainable troubleshooting according to ITIL processes Evaluation and introduction of innovative M365 technologies and services as well as evaluation of new Microsoft releases and feature updates Definition and maintenance of IT standards, best practice guidelines and technical guidelines as well as stakeholder advice on standardizations and roadmaps

successfully completed studies of computer science, business informatics or a comparable discipline; as an alternative successful completion of vocational training with additional specialist training and specific training Multiannual, proven professional experience in the Microsoft 365 environment, ideally in global or international companies Funded experience with ITIL-based IT service management processes Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API and Email Security English language skills High analytical competence combined with strategic thinking as well as an independent, structured and solution-oriented approach Embossed team skills and communication strength at all levels
