Master of Production (m/w/d)

How/Where? Full time 40 hours/week, 53340 Meckenheim

Professional and disciplinary leadership, motivation and further development of a multicultural production team Clear and understandable communication of work instructions, production targets and quality and safety requirements Promoting open communication and respectful handling within the team Organisation of efficient personnel and machinery Planning, control and monitoring of daily production processes Ensuring production targets with regard to quality, quantity, dates and costs as well as compliance with work, safety, quality and environmental regulations Analysis of relevant production characteristics and derivation and implementation of appropriate improvement measures Close cooperation with order processing, quality assurance, maintenance, logistics and other adjacent areas Implementation of employee talks, instruction and training as well as preparation of work instructions, process instructions, forms and written specifications for production Active participation in the implementation of work projects (e.g. Lean projects)

Complete vocational training with training as an industrial master or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a manufacturing company, ideally with leadership responsibility. Experience in the leadership of employees of different cultural and linguistic backgrounds Embossed social and intercultural competence as well as pleasure in working with diverse teams Ability to communicate clearly, understandable and binding expectations and work instructions Valuable and consistent leadership style A good feeling for different personalities as well as the ability to motivate employees and bring them together to a powerful team Conflict Resolution, Enforcement and Responsibility Safe handling of common IT systems; Knowledge of ERP/production systems is advantageous Structured, solution- and result-oriented operation High quality and safety awareness Good knowledge of German; further language skills are advantageous Willingness to shift work
