Responsibility for the further development of sales towards more customer orientation, transparency and consistent commercial management. Relevant market, customer and pipeline information is used in a structured manner to clearly define priorities and effectively align activities. Together with the Commercial Director, economic objectives are translated into concrete measures, control impulses and sales priorities. A binding rhythm in the sales control ensures that progress is made visible and that change is sustainably anchored in everyday life. Input and output metrics at employees and customer levels are analyzed in a targeted manner to systematically develop behavior, focus and performance. The cooperation with other companies in the Broadview Group is actively supported to better tap market potential in the area of surface materials in the DACH region.

Successfully completed master's degree, ideally with an economic, strategic or comparable focus. Multiannual commercial experience in a sales-related environment with a strong customer-oriented and data-based focus. Strategic vision and analytical depth, combined with a clear understanding of effective sales management and sustainable change. High communication strength, persuasiveness and the ability to constructively question existing patterns of thought and behaviour. Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, curiosity and perseverance in a challenging transformation environment. Current knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
