Leadership and development of a dedicated team of architects and planners with focus Control and coordination of planning projects and planning partners in all performance phases with focus Ensuring compliance with quality, cost and schedules as part of the execution of planning and general planning projects for all types of complex construction projects (residential, office, cultural and event buildings, universities, stadiums and arsenals, research institutions, renewable energies, etc.) Responsibility of technical quality and further development of planning services Interface support to the various stakeholders (project management, client, operational construction units and other departments) Promoting innovative solutions and sustainable building Participation in the strategic development of the Department of Architecture and Planning Support for Business Development in cooperation with the Management and the Business Development Team

Complete study of architecture or a comparable qualification At least five years of experience in managing teams and managing complex planning projects with focus Deep knowledge of architectural planning processes and relevant standards and regulations Embossed communication and organisational skills Networked thinking, rapid understanding and structured work Leadership with high social competence and motivation Knowledge of BIM's operation and safe handling of digital tools readiness for project-related travel Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
