They actively shape an innovative concept and develop new approaches together with your team to successfully integrate people into society. Together with the tandem line, you will ensure optimal cooperation and link both houses conceptually and organizationally. They represent the facilities to the outside, for example to our institution, our cooperation partners, authorities or the public, and are therefore the face of the houses. They take over the management of staff, accompany the supervision of the service and promote the further development of a motivated and committed team. Together they coordinate and manage the structures and resources used, contribute to the professional and organizational development of both houses and are responsible for the quality assurance of social services. They are responsible for the day-to-day business, implementation and further development of the concepts and compliance with all relevant legislation. In close cooperation with the volunteer and district coordination, they promote the participation of the residents and strengthen the networks of the institutions.

You have a completed university or university degree with a social science focus or a comparable qualification that you have acquired through your previous professional experience. They have experience in the development and implementation of concepts and introduce fresh, creative ideas to develop social concepts professionally. They possess well-founded pedagogical knowledge, implement them in practice and have a pronounced intercultural competence. Different living environments and backgrounds meet with openness, respect and empathy. They ideally have experience in working with multi-professional teams and appreciate the variety of different professional perspectives. They possess a strong reflectivity, can constructively deal with conflicts and accompany challenging situations in a solution-oriented and sovereign manner.
