Managing Director (m/f/d)

As sole managing director (w/m/d), you are responsible for the production, sales, purchasing, personnel as well as the development/construction at the site and ensure a smooth running of all technical and commercial processes. You ensure high product and service quality and thus sustainable customer satisfaction. At the same time, you run and develop the local management team, create a performance-promoting working environment and set targeted impulses for innovation and standardization in technology and administration as a savings ring partner (w/m/d). Financial planning, pricing and margin responsibility are also in your hands, and you are actively involved in supporting important key customers or calculating complex projects. At group level, you will participate in strategic initiatives and projects of organisational development. You report directly to the Group's CEO.

In order to be successful in this position, you need a completed study, ideally in mechanical engineering, plastics technology or a comparable field of expertise and comprehensive professional and leadership experience in the environment of plastics processing machines such as e.g. extrusion or injection molding machines, blow molding machines or art-related machines for use in the plastics industry. In addition, you have already supported the overall responsibility for P&L, technology and sales and are familiar with administration, personnel management and the processes of a successful medium-sized industrial company. You understand how to advance changes in a structured manner, actively integrate and develop the teams. flowing knowledge of German and English in word and writing understand themselves.
