Rate credit and risk analysts in the uniform application of analytical and decision-making standards and assist them as professional savings partners. Responsible for the decision-making and escalation instance in complex and risk-affected engagements as well as the credit analysis of customers. Decisions on financing requests based on key figures and collateral and actively shape the risk strategy. Develop and optimize risk processes as well as test standards and set new impulses for efficient testing processes. Tax receivable management and ensure the legal and economic enforcement of our claims. Taxes the processing of insulting and insolvent engagements as well as the collection of receivables and successfully promotes return processes even in complex situations. Use key figures and data analyses to identify risks at an early stage, identify trends and derive measures to reduce damage. Coordinate cross-departmental cooperation with sales, market success and other stakeholders and make informed, market-oriented decisions. Keep your department clear and motivating, accompany and advise your employees professionally, develop them further and promote a powerful team culture. Drive digitization and process optimization ahead and act as a strategic savings partner for management.

You have a degree in economic, legal or financial sciences or a comparable qualification (e.g. bank/financial services training). You offer several years of experience in risk analysis, credit decision and debt management – ideally in the leasing or investment financing environment. You have well-founded knowledge of contract, leasing, civil, commercial and insolvency law and understand the peculiarities of the German middle class as well as typical leasing investments. You bring strong leadership experience and master the instruments to guide teams motivatingly and targeted. You question routines, identify potential for improvement and advance changes with entrepreneurial thinking. You are characterized by binding action, and secure negotiation and enforcement. You score with competence in project-oriented approach and in data analysis with MS Excel and BI tools.
