Accompanying the entire application process - from the care of the application documents to the screening of the CVs and coordination with the specialist departments to the organisation of interviews, with the possibility to take over the overall responsibility Onboarding support by creating structured onboarding plans Support in personnel management, including through maintenance of personal files Active participation in personnel development through the organisation of appropriate training Takeover of diverse tasks from the HR everyday

You are a enrolled student (m/w/d) of economics or a comparable degree course, ideally with a focus on personnel. You can convince by motivation, self-employment, a quick understanding and a structured way of working. For 15 to 20 hours per week you can be available. Flowing German knowledge in word and writing complete your profile.

We have flexible working hours, because your studies are our priority. You will receive an hourly wage of €15 – and we will also take over your MVG discount ticket (up to €50 per month).
