In this function, you as a central contact person (m/w/d) take over the overall responsibility for the technical control of all construction and infrastructure projects at our sites or in our subgroup. You create framework conditions that ensure the quality of all construction and infrastructure projects in the enterprise sector, in compliance with all relevant standards, guidelines and legal requirements. You will be involved in an efficient project run from the consultation phase to the project take-off and assist with technical savings in strategic, technical and logistical issues. You design our infrastructure development standards and bring your expertise to the negotiation of contract conditions, including contract audit and risk management with subcontractors. As an interface, you are a central contact partner (m/w/d) for the management and management of the Corporate Real Estate Management and other stakeholders in all matters relating to construction and infrastructure.

A successfully sealed master or Diploma studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, building physics, construction engineering or a related specialist form the ideal precondition for this position. In addition, you have several years of work experience in the management of complex and large-volume construction projects, preferably in industrial or infra-structure construction.
