At the next time, we are looking for you as a (partial) project manager:in Oberbau / Gleisbau (w/m/d) for DB Bahnbau Group GmbH. Your tasks: Self-responsibly and independently, you conduct part-projects of our very complex construction projects and make sure that the requirements of our customers are implemented, the latest state of the art is taken into account and that the group specifications and legal regulations are complied with. You will take care of the quality, budget and timely implementation of the subprojects transferred to you with the focus on the Oberbau / Gleisbau plant over all phases of construction (including pre- and post-processing) In addition to budget monitoring, you also proactively tax the contract design and cost accounting As a generalist:in and direct contact for all persons, authorities and companies involved in the project, you will ensure smooth cooperation, plan and manage the capacities and resources in your subprojects efficiently. When target deviations occur in your subprojects, you create the necessary transparency, initiate counter-control measures in time and then check the results You will work out the project reports and participate in project monitoring and reporting to ensure a perfect project documentation at any time
