You bring our exclusive and cleverly planned new construction projects to fruition and encourage them to get excited from the first day. You can secure a consistent and high-quality brand appearance – from presentations and marketing materials to events and trade fair appearances – and make sure Strenger has a clear recognition value. You carry out creative marketing activities independently, develop our communication channels actively and encourage all content on our website to inspire our target groups. With a lot of attention to detail, you prepare marketing documents and work closely with internal interfaces and the management – always with the aim of ensuring the highest quality in terms of content and design. In addition, you are continuously tuning intensively with external partners such as agencies, accompanying diverse marketing projects with reliability and transforming ideas into successful results.

You have completed training or studies in marketing, communication or public relations. Marketing is not just a job for you – it is your passion and drives you every day. You burn for real estate and architecture and have a good sense of language, design, details and quality. You could already gain valuable experience in marketing or communication and know how to process content effectively and purposefully. Digital tools and new technologies are fun: you like to work with AI, websites and popular programs such as Adobe, content management systems or Figma and are open to new things. You work in a structured, reliable and self-responsive manner, promote topics with commitment and implement ideas pragmatically and solution-oriented.
