Ensuring the delivery quality of our products in close cooperation with the production areas Ensuring and continuous development of our quality management system (e.g. according to ISO 9001) Monitoring and evaluation of quality indicators and deriving appropriate improvement measures Coordination of fault analyses and development of corrective and preventive measures in complaints and process deviations Participation in internal product and process audits as well as pre- and post-processing of external audits and certifications Close cooperation with production, purchasing and development to ensure product quality Training and awareness of employees on quality topics Creation and maintenance of quality documents Participation in the introduction of new testing and control procedures

(m/w/d) or comparable Additional training, e.g. for technicians, masters or technical or business studies Knowledge of common QM methods and standards (e.g. ISO 9001) of advantage First professional experience in a manufacturing company, like quality assurance/quality management Safe handling of MS Office Good technical understanding and the ability to think in processes Analytical thinking capacity as well as a structured, solution-oriented method Good team and communication skills as well as safe occurrence in dealing with various departments Hands-on mentality and quick understanding
