As a senior software developer:in consulting, you work in particular on individual software solutions for our customers such as banks, insurance companies and trade. “Schema F” is a foreign word for us. Agile work in teams (e.g. after Scrum) with other viadeeler:inside or only in cooperation with our customers The customer's requirements in the technical context independently understand, analyze and identify the essential problems Conception of matching, individual IT solutions and software architectures Implementation of these solutions with modern programming languages, techniques and tools (e.g. Spring, Angular, CI/CD with GitHub Actions) As a contact person:to act for both technical and technical topics Communication of all these tasks and solutions at eye level within the viadee and towards the customer Assessment and communication of milestones and progress in the project Working in our respective research & development areas, such as “Java & Architecture” or “Web Engineering & Mobile Application Development” For interest: lectures on congresses and training For interest: mentoring of students and accompanying thesis

Code quality and clean code are important to you

Some years of work experience in an enterprise stack, e.g. Java and Spring Boot

Database and data modeling skills

Ideally knowledge of JavaScript technologies (e.g. Angular, Ionic, Node.js, TypeScript)

Knowledge of classical and agile project environments

Some years of professional experience, ideally in consulting with customer contact

Completed studies in IT at a university or university

More Enthusiasm and curiosity for new things – whether human, method, technology or expertise

Own initiative and sense of responsibility

Ready to pick up and take with less experienced team members

Joy of communication at work, team, on site, remote or at the coffee machine at the customer

mastery of the German language in Word and Scripture (min. C1 level)

Travel readiness mainly in NRW to be effective with our customers on site if necessary
