Your organizational talent helps you plan and organize the different living areas As a manager, you can identify the individual needs and potentials of your employees and promote them With your open and sympathetic way, you can inspire applicants in interviews Ensure the sustainable care quality and documentation according to MDK requirements in close cooperation with residents, relatives, your care team as well as overarching specialist areas You have an open ear for the residents and their relatives at any time

You have a completed vocational training as a examinated nursing professional, nursing and/or health care professional You have completed your studies in the field of nursing or the recognition of the nursing service management according to §71 SGB XI You have extensive knowledge of quality management You are welcome with us and without professional experience as nursing services You are a team player and possess empathy in dealing with the residents and colleagues You are communicative and face the daily challenges in a solution-oriented manner You work independently, motivating and laughing – we also do that
