Technical Property Manager (m/f/d)

Our customers are German and international institutional and semi-institutional investors (e.g. pension funds, insurers). We offer the entire value chain of the property for our investors. These include procurement strategies, acquisition testing, business plan with scenario analysis, purchase, administration, restructuring, and continuous inventory optimization including sale. Since its founding in 2014, we have built up a portfolio of over 1 billion euros.

You support the commercial property managers in the field of technical topics relating to the managed commercial real estate, which are predominantly rented to food retailers: Owner-responsible support of a portfolio of commercial real estate (mainly retail) Planning and implementation of technical maintenance and modernisation measures Perform regular object visits with focus on operational safety and maintenance Control of external service providers – from supply collection to audit Budget planning and tracking, support for annual planning Maintenance of technical inventory data, performance of damages Close coordination with commercial property management, asset management and accounting

Complete technical studies or technician/master qualification Mind. 3 years of relevant professional experience in technical building management Knowledge of technical standards, VOB, GEG and operator responsibility Solid basic understanding for handling ERP/CAFM systems (in particular ix-Haus), MS Office readiness to travel, organisational institution, enforcement
