Continuous management and strategic development of the master's programs in close coordination with the academic directors of the respective programs Study advice before and during the study and support of students on site Working with accreditations of the Business School (e.g. AACSB) as well as project management for pending re- and new accreditations (in particular FIBAA) Planning and controlling the program budgets and capacity management Changing projects in cooperation with the Vice Dean Education and membership of several higher education bodies and committees

Complete university studies preferably in the field of economics or comparable qualifications Including professional experience in the national or international university market Self-employed, structured, analytical and solution-oriented working methods, very good communicative skills and binding action German and English knowledge in word and writing Extensive knowledge of MS-Word, -Excel, -Outlook and the willingness to work into further software
