Consulting and Process Optimization: Support our departments and establish standardized business processes in our digital process map. Promote projects: work with exciting internal and cross-company projects. Implementation of regulatory requirements: analyse regulatory requirements and support their implementation. Focus on cooperation: work closely with internal departments, external service providers and the Executive Board.

Training & Qualification: A completed training as a bank merchant or a qualification as a (bank) specialist/operator, alternatively a comparable qualification. Experience: Ideally practical knowledge in the organization of the company, in process or project management. Expertise: Consistent with legal and supervisory requirements of the financial sector. Technical affinity: Affinity for handling MS Office products and an affinity for digital tools. Personality: independent, responsible and reliable.
