Your tasks

You manage systems with a view to security and think holistic - from network planning to tool selection. IT‐Security is an integral part of you (e.g. Zero Trust, ISO 27001, SIEM). Security and compliance are an integral part of our work. We are a growing, internationally active IT company and are looking for you not only to operate our IT, but to actively develop it. Planning and implementation of IT projects, in particular in the field of infrastructure and networks Operation, maintenance and continuous development of the existing IT environment Ensuring IT security including vulnerability and risk management (e.g. IAM, Network Segmentation, Incident Response) Identification and implementation of automation potentials in ongoing operation Support in IT-Tagesgeschäft (Endpoint Management, Employee Lifecycle, User Support) Technical advice and support of the departments and international locations

Multiannual experience required in the administration of IT systems and the realization of IT projects in the IT environment Very good knowledge of hybrid Microsoft‐365 environments (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Office Suite) Found experience with Microsoft Windows Server and client systems as well as hyperconvergent virtualization platforms (Hyper-V) Good knowledge of network architecture, modern network technologies, storage solutions (On‐Premise & Cloud) as well as backup and recovery management Basic knowledge of VoIP-PBX systems, Linux incl. Docker and application administration Self-employed, efficient and structured working methods and very good communication skills Ability to document complex facts transparent and comprehensible in knowledge management You have very good German and English skills in C1 level
