The Bissee farm is picturesquely located in front of the gates of the Landeshauptstadt Kiel and offers three guesthouses in the town with a total of 17 cabins and rooms where luxury meets rural idyll and a special retreat is created.

We are looking for you with overview, organizational talent and a look for detail! You love it when everything is well organized, have a high level of cleanliness and quality and keep an overview even on lively days?

For our three guesthouses we are looking for a responsible housekeeping management, which together with our team ensures that our guests feel comfortable from the very first moment. Not only do you work organizationally, but you can also pack yourself if necessary.

Organisation and coordination of daily operations in housekeeping Classification and coordination of the housekeeping team according to the occupancy of our guest houses Control of the cleaned guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas Ensuring our quality and cleanliness standards Preparation and control of rooms for guests arriving Organisation and coordination of laundry, textiles and consumables Monitoring of stocks and timely reordering of required materials Introduction and support of new employees Close coordination with restaurant, external cleaning staff and management Detection and transmission of repair or maintenance requirements Active cooperation in housekeeping when it requires the situation

Ideally experience in housekeeping, in hotel ownership or in a comparable position First experience in coordinating a team is beneficial A very good look for cleanliness, order and details Organizational and the ability to set priorities A sense of responsibility and an independent working A friendly and value-adding approach to your team Reliability and flexibility Ready to work even on weekends
