Head of Industrial Engineering (m/f/d)

General responsibility including technical and disciplinary management of the Industrial Engineering division at the Reichertshofen site Reorganisation of the Industrial Engineering department incl. Establishing a cross-production process planning with clearly defined tasks, competences and responsibilities Total responsibility for the industrialization process and the production cost optimization over the entire product life cycles Strategic and organizational development of the existing production and planning processes including Transformation into a continuous digital process and system landscape Responsibility for the design of robust, standardized and scalable production and assembly processes along the entire value flow Control and prioritization of investment, automation and modernization projects including Economic Assessment (Business Cases), Budget and Benefit Responsibility and Make-or-Buy Decisions Further development and consistent research of LEAN methods and continuous implant programs in the field of operations Cross-departmental process and interface function for all production-related areas (production, quality, logistics, purchasing, IT/OT, development) Site representation for IE topics in the work network as well as active cooperation in overarching bodies and networks

Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable degree Successful leadership of employees in a comparable area (min. 5 years) Deep knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Wide experience of industrialization processes Teamplayer and drivers for new ideas Analytical and strategic as well as independent working Successful completion of vocational training for machining mechanic, industrial mechanic or comparable is desirable English language in word and writing MTM or REFA knowledge is desirable Deep experience in LEAN methods
