With many specialist and auxiliary staff, we produce and market our frozen premium baked goods at our only company location in Fürth, and that has been at a high level for over 30 years. More than 600 passionate wolves that make our company familiary and colorful and authentic. We are looking for a buyer (m/w/d) of raw/aid/operating materials to strengthen our team.

Permanent observation and analysis of procurement markets Discovering savings potentials (conditions, new suppliers etc.) Implementation of supplier talks and price/contract negotiations Creation, conclusion and management of framework contracts Strategic medium and long-term planning of the purchase of raw materials in coordination with factory management and production planning Analysis of the supplier pool on supply risks and initiation of corresponding improvement measures Further development of supplier management (including supplier evaluation, continuous implementation of review talks) Coordination of requirements for raw material specifications regarding our products With the help of the medium and long-term planning of raw material costs in cooperation with the commercial management Bundling of the previously decentralized purchasing of auxiliary and operating materials Working with group-wide shopping projects

Complete economic studies with a focus on procurement management or commercial training with a corresponding specialist training At least 3 years of practical experience in shopping within the food industry, ideally already in the industry for TK goods Knowledge in the field of supply chain information law German and English skills, other foreign languages of advantage Strategic thinking and high disposition skills Experience and joy in cooperation in project and process management Very good MS Office knowledge as well as experience in handling goods management systems, especially in Microsoft Dynamics Navision

Remuneration: Payment according to our domestic contract incl. Holiday allowance and annual special allowance as well as occupational pensions
