As a security company, we offer professional video surveillance for a variety of objects. In this responsible position, you are responsible for the evaluation and processing of incoming alarms.

Its focus is on the early detection of safety-related incidents, the prevention of damage, an appropriate response and the initiation of appropriate measures.

Your tasks:

• Processing of video alarms: They take incoming alarms, evaluate the associated alarm images and decide on the further procedure.

• Detection of crimes: In case of recognisable criminal acts, you react with a targeted audio message and immediately inform the specified forces.

• Coordination with operational forces: In certain situations, you will also inform the competent guard service or other relevant bodies.

• Documentation: Complete collection and logging of all relevant events, measures and communication.

• Telephone communication: They take external customer calls friendly and professional, collect the concerns carefully and document them comprehensible.

• First-level technical support: you check technical alarms, troubleshoot simple faults independently and forward complex cases to the technology.

Your qualifications:

• German in word and writing (at least B2 or equivalent).

• Quick conception and ability to evaluate situations.

• Reliability, sense of responsibility and high concentration.

• ready for shift service, mainly night shift, as well as services on weekends and holidays.

• EDV knowledge (MS Office; MS teams); MS Outlook)
