Group Leader Strategic Corporate Security (m/f/d)

As Group Manager Strategic Business Security (m/w/d), you will participate in the strategic development of the corporate security of Hannover Airport. You work professionally actively in air safety-related topics and projects, take responsibility for their own topics and run a specialized team in the field of aviation security and access management. You act as an interface between departments, authorities and internal partners and make a significant contribution to ensuring a consistent and sustainable security level in a KRITIS environment. Your tasks include: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Strategic Business Security Group with its own active involvement in the topics focusing on aviation security Responsibility for selected topics of strategic corporate security and monitoring the implementation of the resulting processes Coordination and further development of access and authorization management Further development and implementation of security policies and processes taking into account legal and regulatory requirements Implementation of risk and threat analyses in the field of aviation security and deriving appropriate processes and measures Coordination of cross-departmental security projects, including interface topics on IT and KRITIS security requirements Expert participation in projects implementing IT and KRITIS security measures in close coordination with the relevant digital and IT units Planning, preparation and monitoring of security audits, inspections and official audits Cooperation with authorities, external partners and internal stakeholders Creation of reports, decision-making templates and presentations for department management and management Advising the Head of Business Security and Acquisition of Mission Tasks Working in internal and external working groups and safety committees

Complete university studies in the field of security management, or a comparable security-relevant qualification, e.g. from a corresponding career at Bundeswehr or Police Multiannual professional experience in the field of corporate safety or in a comparable safety-related environment Insufficient experience in project coordination or personnel management or detectable suitability to take over leadership responsibility knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in the air safety environment or experience in dealing with comparable safety-relevant rules (e.g. KRITIS, regulatory requirements) Basic knowledge in the field of IT and cyber security and KRITIS security requirements and readiness to specialise in Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and independent way of working Ability to prepare complex issues in a comprehensible manner and to create basis for decision Impressed communication and cooperation capability as well as safe occurrence of internal and external contacts Responsibility, integrity and enforcement Good IT user knowledge (in particular MS Office) as well as willingness to work into safety systems Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
