For a technically exceptional high-rise property in the Frankfurt skyline, which is currently under construction and gradually transitions into operation, we are looking for an experienced personality in the technical facility management. Focus: High House | Transition Construction → Operation Your goal: From a construction project a living, stable running building operation make – with the highest quality, safety and innovative spirit. Your duties Transition Construction → Operation Accompany the construction and expansion phase from FM sight – from the first tests to the technical decrease. Check deficiencies, residual performance and optimization potentials with technical sensitivity. Design the transition of the systems into a structured, safe routine operation. Technical facility management in operation You control the entire technical building equipment (TGA): HLK, MSR, electric, elevators, Sprinkler, BMA, RWA and more. Ensure operator responsibility according to BetrSichV, VDE and VDI. Develop and optimize maintenance, testing and inspection concepts with a focus on energy efficiency. Coordination & Communication at all levels Control external service providers, maintenance companies and subcontractors with technical and organizational overview. Act as an interface between builder, planners, users and authorities – sovereign and solution-oriented. Keep the threads of documentation in hand: from revision documents to CAFM data.

Technical qualification Completed study or technical/master training in building, supply, electrical or MSR technology. Multiannual experience in technical facility management, ideally in high-rise buildings or special properties. Know-how in the field of commissioning, handover and operation of complex TGA systems. Knowledge of the relevant standards and guidelines (BetrSichV, VDI, DIN, operator requirements). Safe in handling CAFM systems and digital tools of building technology. Good cost understanding, quality awareness and a look for details. Personal responsibility and structure are your trademarks. You communicate clearly, act pragmatically and remain calm even in complex phases. You know German in word and writing.
