Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Together with three other marketing managers, always keep an overview of all activities in our 360° marketing for our Swiss market and take on a diverse interface function. The tasks in detail:

Ensuring consistent brand management through all marketing and communication measures Sparringspartner/-in der Abteilungsleitung Marketingkommunikationsleitung – Development and control of comprehensive marketing measures for the Swiss market, including complex 360° projects and multi-channel campaigns independent creation of briefings and concepts as well as responsible acquisition of releases for communication and marketing measures Conception and coordination of campaigns and content and text development for print, digital, social media and events Monitoring and analysis of campaign performance, creation of reporting and KPI tracking for continuous optimization Coordination of relevant interfaces and service providers – Priority and KPI-based optimization Active participation in market management strategy, positioning and innovation projects Mentoring and coaching of junior staff Identification and design of new marketing approaches, e.g. innovative digital tools, social media strategies or brand cooperation Participation in strategic corporate projects, e.g. market analysis, expansion or digitization projects

Completed studies with marketing, communication, media management or a comparable qualification and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in these areas Detectional experience in controlling complex 360° projects including budget and KPI management Experiences in international, multicultural teams and campaign management Knowledge of digital marketing, content management, social media and CRM Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as high social competence Analytical Thinking, Ownership and Innovation Power Very good writing and text skills in German and sense of tonality in the Swiss market - French knowledge of advantage High brand affinity and identification with photo products as well as pleasure in an emotional, high-quality customer approach Embossed hand-on mentality, structured working, self-initiative and ability to prioritize and document Organizational personality with the ability to control operational marketing projects and team processes Embossed communication and project competencies as well as an appreciable occurrence commitment to brand management, continuous quality improvement and motivating teamwork
