Leadership: You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a dedicated team of around ten employees:inside and promote their personal and professional development Responsibility: You ensure the correct, timely and audit-proof announcement and billing of our investment projects and thus contribute significantly to the achievement of our climate path Analysis: You are observing legislative changes and current case law, identifying optimization potentials and driving forward self-needing adjustments in processes and communication to ensure high service and customer satisfaction Innovation: You are actively involved in the development of cross-departmental processes and provide transparency and efficiency through reporting and key figures analyses Recruiting: You will find new colleagues by actively shaping the application process and strengthening the cohesion and performance of the existing team by means of targeted development measures and a valuable leadership culture

You have completed economic studies, ideally in BWL, VWL or real estate management You already have experience in the leadership of a team and inspire with your direct and transparent communication as well as your empathy and your solution-oriented action You have a high number affinity, analytical and strategic thinking as well as experience in handling larger amounts of data Ideally, you have knowledge of rental law as well as experience in managing and managing modernization projects Very good knowledge MS Office, especially Excel, and if necessary. SAP completes your profile perfectly
