You accompany, support and assist people in their individual life and personal development You can participate and help to reduce barriers. You plan and conduct educational care. You're sure of the nursing care. You support the inclusion and integration of people into their social space. You help people to establish social contacts and make their free time. You work closely with various external stakeholders (e.g. supervisors, families, doctors and therapists). You document your performance. You perform economic, organizational and administrative tasks. You are adhering to the legal framework.

You have completed a middle education degree or an equivalent level of education, as well as a one-year practical activity in a social and healthcare institution (e.g. as part of a pre-practice, FSJ or BFD). You have joy and empathy in the care, care and promotion of people with assistance needs. You like working on the team. You are characterized by sense of responsibility and reliability. You're going to be empathic and esteemful with other people.

Special payment: In November and June there is an extra payment. This depends on the economic result of the previous year.
