Head of the technical and economic execution of our complex turnkey projects within the specified conditions regarding construction time, construction costs and quality Conversation and contact persons in all phases of the project to our customers, authorities, subcontractors, planners and experts Early participation in project development and development of implementation methods and implementation alternatives with the aim of economic and technical success in the project Management of the project team and coordination of processes Creation, updating and monitoring of time and budget plans (by LEAN) Contact management with the different departments (internal and external) and with clients, architects, consultants, authorities, subcontractors and suppliers. You are the head of the project-related team and lead this and the project to success

You have obtained a master craft title/technique and/or a completed civil engineering or architecture study (FH/TH). You already have some professional experience as project manager. You are safe in the application of your extensive knowledge/experiences in construction management and construction law (VOB), as well as in the creation of performance directories. You have experience and sound knowledge in MS Office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook) You have a well-founded knowledge of programs to create construction schedules such as Asta Powerprojekt and KYP It highlights an independent and structured way of working and enforcement. Your organizational skills, your openness, your team skills and your commitment are yours. You act independently, responsibly, flexibly and reliably within the responsibilities that you delegate. German knowledge on C1 level is required for this position.
