Porsche E-Bike Performance was founded to redesign mobility and develop innovative electric drive systems for e-bikes. We combine years of experience in the development of e-bike drives with innovative software solutions and extend them through the comprehensive knowledge, research and competence of Porsche. You are responsible for the strategic and operational development of Atlassian Confluence & Jira You are our main contact partner for all departments regarding requirements, optimizations, document flow and best practices In the Daily Business you manage and configure the Atlassian tools, including user administration, authorization concepts and system adjustments In cooperation with the rest of the team, you will also look for system stability, performance and security You develop governance policies for Jira and Confluence and implement them after internal approval You train and support our users and create documentation and guidelines that can be seen for everyone To further develop the platform, you regularly exchange with external service providers and Atlassian partners and try to optimize the efficiency of workflows, automations and dashboards within the tools evaluierst and implement new apps and add-ons if needed You also support us in migration projects and integrations with other enterprise systems

You have a completed degree or vocational training with a corresponding long-term professional experience in IT You bring 5-6 years of professional experience in the IT field, especially in the administration and administration of Atlassian Confluence & Jira You have very good knowledge of the configuration of workflows, permissions, dashboards and reports You have a good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL processes You have basic knowledge of agile working methods, such as Scrum You have knowledge of German and English You are solution-oriented and your analytical and conceptual skills characterize you With your strong communication skills, regular handling of stakeholders is easy for you
