The Hotel Sinsheim am Technik Museum is part of Speyererer Veranstaltungs- und Messe GmbH, which operates another Hotel Speyer am Technik Museum in addition to the Hotel Sinsheim. Our 4-star Sinsheim hotel with 110 rooms, 6 banquet and conference rooms (with a capacity of up to 350 people), the event room (190 seats), the restaurant (60 seats) and our terrace are home to national and international conference and seminar participants, business travelers as well as single and short holiday travelers. Our hotel Garni in Speyer with 108 rooms in a quiet environment near the center of Speyer with its landmark and UNESCO World Heritage is always a worth of travel. Within the period of 6 semesters, the methodological interplay between theoretical units and practice-oriented seminars gives you extensive expertise. In addition, you can freely select your interests from different selection modules (e.g. event or tourism management). Content of dual study in hotel management General Management: In the modules of the General Management, you will acquire all the important management-related, legal and business principles and get to know the economic framework. In addition, you develop and invest important social skills for leadership positions. Specialization subjects: As of the first semester, we provide them with important expertise in the industry-specific modules, including on the topics “Hotel and quality management”, “Gastronomy management”, customer integration and communication or “Customer Care Management”. Due to the high proportion of hotel-specific study contents, the dual study program offers them a comprehensive technical depth and prepares you intensively for leadership in the hotel industry. You can expand and deepen your business-related language skills in the Business English module. Election modules: In the 6 semester you have the possibility to align your studies according to your personal interests. A variety of selection modules are offered, of which a module is to be found per semester. For example, you can specialise in specific topics such as “Hotel Marketing”, “Revenue Management – Focus on Hotel Consulting”, “Gastronomy Management Advanced”, “Tourism Management” or “Personal Management”. Alternatively to the elective modules of your course, you can also choose selected elective modules from other Bachelor programs. You can also use one of these semesters for a semester abroad and thus gain valuable international experience for your further professional development during your studies.
