As sales manager SOHO Partneragenturen (m/w/d), you are responsible for the end-to-end SOHO performance by external external service staff. You proactively tax the SOHO result on the SOHO partners and their external service employees:inside, take measures and implement them. You are responsible for further expansion and consolidation of the external service staff interface in your sales region. You carry out the potential analysis and support with efficient lead management. By independently planning and monitoring regional sales activities, you ensure the achievement of targets in the region according to qualitative and quantitative specifications. You implement measures and target formulations for sales development and quality assurance. You are active in the on-site visits to SOHO customers and the external service employees.

What distinguishes you: Complete study of the business economy or comparable commercial training. Multiannual sales activities in business customer, specialist retail or partner agency sales. Good IT and data skills. Secure appearance, negotiation skills and security. Target and action oriented. High self-motivation, flexibility and commitment. Organization and self-management. Good communication skills and the ability to communicate with various contact persons. Experience in the analysis and optimization of processes. Very good knowledge of English in word and writing (B2 to GER).
