Training for insurance and financial investment clerks (m/f/d)

You complete your training in the block model with practical phases at the R+V Campus in Wiesbaden and the theoretical phases at the Schulze-Delitzsch-Schule in Wiesbaden. In the practical phases, you will get a wide range of insights into various specialist departments of the insurance in the first year, starting from the second year in a solid field, being individually supervised and taking responsibility. You learn everything important about insurance – from customer support to processing of damages and performance applications. You can learn how to evaluate individual risks and create tailor-made insurance solutions. At an internship in the field, you will gain additional practical experience in direct customer contact and gain an insight into the versatile tasks of our sales. Together with the other trainees, you will participate in seminars and workshops where you will develop your professional and personal skills.
