Your future work area Modern IT infrastructures, global purchasing or smart HR processes are thrilling you? The Melitta Business Service Center, headquartered in Minden and other locations in Bremen, Brodnica and Shenzhen, is the backbone of the Melitta Group. The administrative and technical services are bundled here. In the areas of expertise such as Global IT, the Global Procurement, HR Services and Finance & Controlling, our experts work to ensure efficient services and continuously develop them. Be part of a team that sets group-wide standards in digitization and advanced processes in the Melitta Group. As an IT Project Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for IT and digitalization projects in our Global IT and thus contributes significantly to the further development of our system landscape and processes. The following exciting tasks await you: Project Management IT & Digitization: You guide, plan, control and coordinate IT and digitalization projects, such as SAP S/4 rollouts, the introduction of business applications or projects in the e-commerce environment within the Global IT

Partial Projects & PMO: Your tasks include taking on self-employed packages, controlling (partial) projects and, if necessary, taking over PMO tasks in particular within the framework of Group-wide SAP projects

Applications: You take responsibility for implementation, rollout or technical projects in the application environment and ensure a smooth running

Application Roadmap: Together with the Solution Architects of Global IT You actively participate in the Application Roadmap and contribute your project experience

Stakeholder & Team Management: In addition, you control internal and external project teams, align yourself closely with the specialist areas and guide corrective measures for plan deviations

Methodology & Result Responsibility: You carry out projects with professional project management methods, develop creative and pragmatic solutions in the course of the project and take responsibility for time, quality and costs

You have successfully completed your studies in Business Informatics, Economics or a comparable qualification

You have several years of professional experience in the international environment and have built up your process and technology expertise

You also convince us with your experience in supporting and implementing IT projects (SAP and Non-SAP)

Your good knowledge of classical and agile project management is just as natural for you as the safe mastery of the German and English language in order to communicate in a targeted way in international projects.

You think analytically, work structured and enjoy working together in an international environment with different cultures and stakeholders

Your strong organizational ability, your team orientation and your very good communication skills complete your profile
