(Junior) Ground Operations Manager (all gender)

You are responsible for the care of changing days: Conception of the schedules for changing days of the Mein Schiff fleet Support & documentation of all operations at the airport, the bus transfer & at the port terminal as well as luggage & parking Provision and dispatch of comprehensive information, including bus and flight lists, Shore Excursion documents, group transfer overviews, special transfer data, early check-in statistics, check-in overviews and timely updates on the interchange day. Cooperation with local agencies, authorities and other service providers to ensure all transport and terminal arrangements in accordance with TUI Cruises requirements Careful handling of inquiries from the customer service as well as directly from the board staff includes early check-in, check-in, parking and transfer services Service partner of TUI Cruises for baggage service Reprocessing of the interchangeable days as well as archiving, creation and control of reports In addition, the detailed evaluation of the exchange-day reports as well as the creation and communication of precise supplier reviews are your tasks Material management (e.g. uniforms, shields, templates) and ensuring timely delivery Planning and documentation of interchangeable costs on cost center basis including material orders

You have completed training or completed studies in sea shipping or in sea tourism You bring professional experience in sea shipping (e.g. clearing), maritime tourism (e.g. day-to-day operation) or alternatively in a comparable activity on board a cruise ship with Conceptual and analytical thinking combined with a pronounced numerical understanding and cost awareness I distinguish You work very independently, carefully, structured and time-oriented You have very good organizational skills as well as a high level of commitment, sense of responsibility and are resilient Your handling of MS Office, SAP and DaVinci, (MXP desirable) is safe German and English knowledge in Word & Writing complete your profile Willingness to travel
