Ready for sea! I am looking for a varied activity where I make a real contribution to the energy transition with my skills in exciting offshore network connection projects. I am the driving force behind the demand-oriented operation for our state-of-the-art offshore systems in the German Baltic Sea, including the land and sea cable systems, in the role of specialist field manager*in for operation and coordination. I have already been responsible for employees and have a sound knowledge of the operation of electricity networks. I have detailed knowledge of the coordination of maritime repair work and I am aware at every moment of my activity of the extraordinary responsibility that I have with regard to safety at work, work and supply. My tasks in detail: I guarantee the safe, cost-optimal and environmentally sound maintenance of the 50Hertz offshore network connections to the onshore network connection point. My responsibility lies in the planning and monitoring of maintenance, including troubleshooting, with the aim of minimising the impact on third parties and the environment. At the same time, I take responsibility for coordinating offshore operations and ensure compliance with national and international laws, regulations, standards and treaties. The management of other key functions, such as documentation and assembly technology, is one of my tasks. Leading a team of about twelve employees. In doing so, I understand putting myself in the perspective of other people, motivating them, sensitizing for dangers and inspiring them for goals. I accompany with my team the projects for the construction of new network connections as well as the expansion of existing network connections and organize the monitoring and control of the work of our contractors until the acceptance and commissioning.
