Leiter Facility Management - Hannover (m/f/d)

As Head of Facility Management (m/w/d), you are responsible for the organisational and operational management of the Facility Management for several old aid institutions. Together with your team, you will ensure a safe, economical and reliable operation of our buildings and technical facilities and continuously develop existing structures. Technical Facility Management: Responsibility for the technical support of four care facilities including off-site buildings as well as planning, coordination and monitoring of maintenance, repair and maintenance measures. Leadership & operational planning: technical and disciplinary leadership of technical staff as well as organisation and management of personnel. Project & service provider management: coordination of internal construction sites and technical projects as well as control and cooperation with external service providers. Purchasing & Cost Control: Pick-up and comparison of offers as well as support for orders, audits and the economic management of the area. Operator requirements & emergency management: Ensuring compliance with statutory audit and operator obligations and participation in the development and implementation of emergency and standby concepts. Fire protection: accompaniment of fire prevention and coordination with authorities, experts and fire brigades to ensure organisational and technical fire protection requirements.

Your profile: Qualification: completed technical or commercial training with further training in facility management or a comparable study. Experience: Multiannual professional experience in facility management, ideally with leadership responsibility. Expertise: Funded knowledge in technical building management, in the area of operator requirements and in the control of external service providers. Working methods: Structured, independent and responsible procedures with a pronounced organisational skill. Personality: Enforcement, decision-making and joy in leadership and further development of employees. Communication: Sovereign appearance and strong communication skills in dealing with employees, service providers and internal contact persons. Mobility: Valid driving licence of class B.
