Quality Assurance Assistance (m/f/d)

The tasks include the coordination and appointment of tests as well as customer charges in the field of mechanical engineering, locksmithery and sheet metal. Compilation of all relevant documents, provision of test equipment and safeguarding the test conditions. Preparation of tests by drawing up and compiling test documents, certificates, logs, evidence and building documents. Recording, documentation and logging of the test results. Creation and maintenance of a measure tracking, timeline reminders and coordination of corrective and preventive measures with the respective specialist departments. Management of the Examination Calendar, coordination of space and personnel resources and ensuring the availability of test equipment. Maintenance of quality and audit systems as well as participation in the optimization of audit procedures.

Completed commercial or technical training, e.g. industrial businessman/wife, specialist businessman/wife quality management or a comparable qualification. Experience in the back office environment, ideally in quality management, as well as knowledge of quality assurance methods and relevant standards. Safe handling of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experience in the use of quality and document management systems (e.g. ISO Tool, SAP QM). Confidence with relevant standards, in particular ISO 9001 and AQAP 2310/2210 (or comparable specifications). Sovereign and positive appearance, pronounced quality and team orientation as well as pronounced communication skills. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Excellent organizational skills, secure time and time management, reliability in handling sensitive data as well as a high degree of independence and flexibility.
