Supporting the project-related request and award process for building materials and subcontractors in the building industry Collection and evaluation of offers for building materials and subcontractors Strategic selection of partners, negotiation and preparation of award decisions Ensuring optimal purchase prices taking into account quality, dates and costs Creation and maintenance of contractors and suppliers Implementation of the defined procurement and procurement processes and their continuous development Proactive development and maintenance of a strong network for entrepreneurs and industrial partners

Completed commercial, technical or construction training or completed studies (e.g. civil engineering, industrial engineering or business administration) – ideally with a focus on purchasing / procurement Multiannual experience in purchasing, awarding or building environment, preferably in construction Funded understanding of building materials, after-contracting services and construction operations Negotiating and convincing occurrence Analytical thinking, structured working methods and pronounced quality and cost awareness Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with procurement software of advantage Team player with hands-on mentality and high self-responsibility
