In order to strengthen the HR department, we are looking for an employee payroll (m/w/d) in full or part-time for the location in Hamburg. In this position, you take over the monthly pay and salary bills independently and provide advice to employees and managers on billing-related issues.

Own-responsible implementation of the monthly salary bill in compliance with statutory and tariff requirements Administrative processing of all upstream and downstream activities of the pay bill including Time management and monthly closing work Maintenance and management of personnel master files in the accounting system Responsibility for reporting and certification Contact person: for employees and managers in all billing-relevant questions Cooperation with social security institutions, financial authorities, health insurance companies and external service providers Support for annual work and production of evaluations and statistics Accompanying audits and active participation in projects and overarching HR tasks

Completed commercial training, ideally with training in the area of pay billing or staff Multiannual professional experience in payroll accounting Knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security High discretion, accuracy and a sense of responsibility Secure handling of billing software and MS Office Flowing German knowledge in word and writing (at least language level C1)
