Their expertise is to design solutions from concept to implementation and integrate them into existing business processes and IT landscapes. With head, heart and hand, the S-Management Services of the #BusinessMöglichMacher in the DSV Group, the central service provider of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. You like to advise, organize reliably and have a good sense of people and numbers? With S-Management Services, you can support our specialist consulting with all concerns of our business customers within the Sparkassen Financial Group. We distribute software solutions with which our customers analyze balance sheets. You help them find the right solution for their requirements, process commercial processes and support the sales planning of our area. Your working day consists of about 40% of advice and 60% of expertise.

Your tasks Supporting the field service: You are a reliable contact person for our specialist consulting in the field and take care of the concerns of our common customers. Customers advise: You understand our software solutions for balance sheet analysis – by phone, email and in digital conversations. Editing processes on your own: You create offers, process commercial customer requests and document results comprehensible. Coordinate solutions: You tune with internal disciplines, keep participants up to date and stick to open questions. Support sales planning: You will start forecasts and sales evaluations and help plan the area. Improving cooperation: You bring knowledge from cross-departmental voting into the team and develop our consulting and sales processes.

You bring commercial understanding – for example from an education or practical experience. A study is not required. Experience in sales, in customer service or in the commercial service is a plus. You go open to people, listen attentively and communicate friendly and comprehensible. You take responsibility for your topics, work structured and make sure that open processes are completed. You like to work in the team, share information and find other solutions. You have a good understanding of the figures and interest in forecasts, sales evaluations and sales planning. You are curious about software and ready to work in the way our customers work. Own balance sheet analyses do not belong to your tasks.
