Sustainability Manager Corporate Carbon Footprint Accounting (m/f/d)

Takeover of the expert role for the Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) by FUCHS GROUP Annual calculation of the CCF as well as further development of the calculation methodology and constant adjustment of the CCF scope and identification of the material emission sources Selection of emission factors (global/regional/local) for CCF calculation and the respective databases Development and documentation of audit-proof assumptions on the emission balance Ensuring the conformity of CCF calculations with common standards, regulatory requirements and regulations (GHG-Protocol, ISO 14xxx, CSRD, SBTi etc.) Definition of the necessary metrics for emission calculation and close cooperation with internal specialist functions for obtaining these metrics Comparing the Corporate Carbon Footprint with the current Net-Zero target path, globally and for the largest producing companies Accompanying the introduction and configuration of a software for automated CCF calculation incl. Data collection, visualization and key figures Support for all external emission-related and related reporting requirements (CSRD, SBTi, etc.) and the indirectly related emission sources Methodological comparison with and data provision for internal technical functions for PCF calculation Accompanying external audits and consulting of subsidiaries Working in working groups of industry associations

Successfully completed studies in the field of sustainability management, environmental sciences, chemical, process or industrial engineering, BWL with sustainability focus or comparable qualification Experience in Corporate Carbon Footprint Accounting / Reporting in industrial companies or alternatively comparable experience in consulting companies High affinity for data-based work, analysis and visualization to translate complex data into understandable reports and recommendations for action Practical experience in the introduction and application of relevant software solutions, ideally the Microsoft Sustainability Manager Embossed analytical skills, independent and proactive methods Ability to proactively identify technical developments, regulatory and normative trends, systematically analyze and derive clear, implementable recommendations from them Embossed communication and networking skills in the international environment, experience in network / matrix organisations desirable Very good knowledge of the German and English language in word and writing Certain international readiness
