Support Consultant (m/f/d)

With us you are not only the first point of contact for our customers: you are their reliable support for technical and application-specific questions. Whether on the phone or by e-mail: with your communicative strength and your technical know-how, you can quickly find the right solution.

You can also accept support tickets, qualify them and leave bugs systematically on the ground. In doing so, you prepare the cases structured for our developer teams – thanks to your structured work and background in business/fachinformatics through an education, a study or comparable professional experience, you can do this with ease. Through your careful documentation and the care of our internal knowledge management, you make sure that our service is constantly improving – here you will have another important impact.

In communication with customers, you can understand technical content – both in German and English (C1 levels) – and if you have already gained first experience in the SAP environment or knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, JSON or REST APIs, this is a big plus for us.

For your mission as Support Consultant (w/m/d) you need: Communicative Skills & high service orientation - for direct advice and support of our customers Technical understanding & openness - we work in our products so that you can advise and support them well. Structured & independent mode of operation - you set your priorities in handling tickets Experience - ideally through training/studies technical/economic information technology or comparable professional experience, in the SAP environment and/or knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, JSON or REST APIs
