Sachbearbeiter Immobilienmanagement (m/w/d) in fulltime or parttime

Your tasks as a specialist in real estate management:

• Contact for tenants, owners and third parties
• Support for property managers in real estate management
• Processing of claims and insurance cases
• Monitoring budgeted plan figures
• receivable management, auditing and processing
• Examination of additional cost accounting
• Coordination and supervision of external infrastructure and technical service providers

Your knowledge and skills:

(m/w/d) or comparable qualification

• Experience in real estate management, or in the above-mentioned task area
• Secure handling of common MS Office applications
• Embossed communication capability and contact strength
• High customer orientation
• Self-responsible and exact work
