In our QM Systems team, you support us in the implementation and development of quality-relevant processes, especially in change management. You work closely with different departments and gain exciting insights into our document management system.

You support the digitization of our change process and continuously develop it together with the team. You actively follow open product and process related changes (ECRs) and keep the current processing stand in mind at any time. As a contact person, you advise colleagues in the process-compliant processing of changes and support them in matters relating to the change process. Your tasks include the digital and physical archiving of completed changes and the digitization of older documents. In addition, you support the QM system team in operational day-to-day business and perform organizational and administrative tasks.

Education: You are a Bachelor or Master Student (m/w/d) in the field of medical technology, economic engineering or a comparable degree course – and immatriculated for at least one year Expertise:You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Ideally, you have first contact points with quality-relevant processes or technical documentation - no need, but a plus You work safely with the current MS Office applications – ideally also with ERP or document management systems

Softskills:You work structured, carefully and independently You bring a quick understanding and are ready to learn You are communicative, open in the team and do not hesitate to exchange with other departments You go proactively and keep an overview on several topics
