Manager Physical Security - Data Center / KRITIS (m/f/d)

You plan, project and optimise physical security concepts, including automated access control systems (ZUKO), break-in alarm systems (EMA), complex closing systems, state-of-the-art video surveillance/CCTV and perimeter protection You introduce, check the quality and audit the external security service on site, including KPI monitoring and control of measures You coordinate and control system houses and inverters in the maintenance, modernization and expansion of safety technology according to defined safety zones You carry out risk analyses, enroll security concepts, investigate and evaluate security incidents and initiate preventive measures You prepare internal and external security audits and accompany them, first set up security reports for management and optionally take on the readiness for access management every four weeks for a week

You have a successfully completed degree (e.g. security management, civil engineering/facility management) or a comparable qualification (e.g. Master:in for protection and security, criminal service, Bundeswehr) with several years of professional experience in the physical safety of critical infrastructures (KRITIS/Rechenzentren) You have deep expertise in modern security technology, including access control and biometric systems, closing systems management and IP video management systems You have experience in enforcing quality standards to external service providers:inside You speak German and have very good English skills in word and writing for voting with international customers: inside You have a flawless extended guide and are ready for security check (Ü2/Ü3 or country-specific counterparts)
